Graduate Opportunities in Research & Development
Every day millions of people throughout the world consume food or beverage products containing Kerry ingredients, flavour or nutritional products. We are recruiting the future leaders of our business to join our Graduate Programme starting in July/August/September 2017.
The role:
As an R&D Graduate you will play a key role in anticipating and developing the products that will meet the needs of our customers- ensuring our continued growth and profitability.

You will already have expert understanding of food science and technology, but whether you are working to enhance an existing food product, developing a whole new food product in response to consumer demands or working on a new ingredient or coating formulation, every day will bring a new set of challenges.
The role can range from fundamental research through product development and factory trials to product launches. We also work in partnership with major food manufacturers throughout the world in the development of unique ingredient formulations and customised solutions, across our range of technologies.
Previous R&D graduates have progressed to senior roles in R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations management.
Who we are looking for:
 Minimum 2:1 degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food and Human Nutrition or similar
 Exceptional problem solving skills
 History of high achievement and delivery
 Motivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeed
 Exceptional leadership and communication skills
 Strong ability to work well in a team and on your own
 Happy to relocate across UK, Ireland and Europe as needed
 We are looking for several candidates who can speak a second language, preferably German, Polish, French, Italian or any other European language.
