TE’s Finance organization is looking for a candidate (f/m) to join our Finance Development Program starting on March 2020

Zakres obowiązków

What can you expect? • You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate. • During the two-year program, you will go through four rotations within Germany and other countries within the EMEA region, offering you a fast track into the Finance world at TE Connectivity. • As part of our commitmet to develop young and talented employees, you will be offered formal and informal training to enhance your business and soft skills. A senior leader will support you in steering your career path as your mentor. • You will be employed with an unlimited contract. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a key finance position in one of our locations in Europe.

Wymagania

What your background should look like: • You are a recent graduate with a university degree in finance, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering or related disciplines. • You are fluent in English written & verbal (additional languages are an advantage). • You possess sound financial knowledge & analytical skills as well as the agility to learn the tools necessary to perform your tasks. • You have the passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment • You are flexible & mobile to gain multiple experiences and set the foundation for your professional career. • You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team. • You are familiar with MS Office, other experience with analytical tools and ERP systems is an advantage. • You demonstrate high appreciation of our core values: Teamwork, Accountability, Innovation and Integrity.
