Zakres obowiązków

• Clarifying cases via phone calls (English/German) • Applying payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation • Responding email and phone calls • Following control and compliance regulations • Booking all transactions on a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation • Effectively communication with clients and colleagues in respective countries

Wymagania

• WE DON’T REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • speak fluent German (C1 level) and English (C1 level) • being open to start international career • good communication and analytical skills • client-focused attitude
