Job Description

Please note the below conditions in regards to eligibility to take part in VIE programme:

Graduates who are between 18 and 28 years old and have French or European nationality.

The position is planned for 12 months at the operations site in Dietzenbach (Germany), but could be expanded to 1 additional year.

The Junior Product Manager´s will oversee one to several products / product line in the Eurofins Technologies Clinical Business Line. S/he will ensure the sustainable and profitable growth of the assigned products by:

  • Assessing and understanding customer needs.
  • Defining product requirements and building business cases for new products.
  • Assessing the competitive landscape on a global level and providing competitive intelligence to the commercial teams.
  • Driving the product roadmap, managing the product lifecycle and continuous improvement of the existing products.
  • Developing go-to-market plans and communicating development roadmaps with internal stakeholders.
  • Managing product launches and marketing material together with the Marketing Communications team.
  • Providing customer relation and support.

Qualifications

  • Experience: no first experience required, previous internships at a laboratory or company in the Biotech area are a plus.
  • Education: Scientific Master’s degree (Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemical/ Biomedical)  from a Top University with an excellent academic track record.
  • Languages: Excellent English oral and written a must. German is a plus.
  • Personal skills:
  • Good interpersonal skills (oral and written communication + presentation skills), as this role will interface with both local resources, experts and management.
  • Strong problem-solver with “can-do” attitude, able to both pragmatically identify issues, escalate, propose solutions and capture and understand all relevant details when necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
  • Global mindset
  • Technical knowledge IT: MS Office products.
